Terms of Use

This is a translation of our Czech-language terms of use. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version is authoritative.

2. Subject of these terms

These terms govern the use of the mobile app Secret of Zlatopole (the “app”) available on Google Play, and the purchase of the optional “Full game” add-on within the app.

3. Licence

By installing the app you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play terms.

4. “Full game” purchase

The app is free to download and the first chapter (Zlatopole) is fully playable for free. A one-time “Full game” purchase for 149 CZK (including any applicable taxes; Google Play shows the final price in your local currency) unlocks further locations and quests. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no recurring payments.

Payment is processed by Google Play Billing. Invoicing, refunds and purchase complaints are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

This is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By confirming the purchase you agree to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). Your statutory rights regarding defective performance are not affected.

5. Content suitability and age

The app is designed for children aged 5–9. We recommend that younger children use the app under parental supervision. Only a parent or legal guardian may make a purchase — which is why it is protected by a parental gate.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We strive to make it work without errors, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation on all devices. The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the app or device incompatibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumer rights regarding defective performance remain unaffected.

7. Privacy

Data processing is described in the separate privacy policy.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (adr.coi.cz).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
